   Agree, its good against 4-5V-1. For me 3W-1-2-2-2 (only ST instead of 1MC) with attacking mentality is even better.

   4-4-2 can work but there are better formations to face 4-1-2-1-2 like 3n-1-4-2 or 3-5-2V with normal mentality, mixed passing thru flanks, counterattack

    I played 9 pretty successful seasons using counter formation so I believe there are counter formations. Won 7 titles, 2 caps, 2 CHL and only once had best team in league. Most often there were 3-4...

    try 3-4-3 its risky but can work...i lost 1st CHL semifinal 2 seasons ago 3-0 against 4-3-3 (donť remember formation) switched to 3-4-3 second leg and won 5-1
