    This is not reasonable. You will give 3 points for matches lost. But we lost 5 matches due to your system error and although you will compensate 15 points, now our chances of reaching final is gone....

    Our association is 74 points from reaching Platinum for the 1st time. Given our opponents, we are confident of reaching the points needed. Now, because of this bug, it is taken out of our hands....
