I think this is impossible but can Nordeus put a Refresh button at Transfer Market>Scout Players.
If buy a player, suddenly come out the new one that is much better than the one we bought. Haha....

I don't agree.
It is too complicate and more possible is to use it for abusing/manipulate the draws than something constructive.
Fixing the youth academy would be more useful.
