There's no point putting red on your STs I think. They won't attack better and you want them to zone-mark as well. Also, don't go through the middle. You can focus either mixed or down both flanks....

Even more balanced, it could be 10 skill poinst to relative positions (eg an AMR to learn AML, a DR to learn DC or DMR, etc) and 50 skill points to learn something unorthodox (eg a DC to learn AMC)

you'll be fine with 4-4-2 as it I think. In any case, play wide. I would always suggest zonal marking (unless you have world class defenders). down both flanks is essential.
