   I've just answered this pal, you need to leave your team inactive for a couple of months, as of now there is now button to delete your team instantly.

   I'm not sure if this is the whole picture. I've had players lose morale even when I win and they score/assist/get a good rating While it seems to be true that players lose morale when they are not...

    DC looks good, be patient. As others have said, GK match rating is just plain odd - my keeper dropped a ball at the feet of an attacker to score today, made one save and got a 7. Go figure

    unless you concede a lot of goals or lose a game, dont pay attention to GK rating, it seems messed up in this game. Not enough data for DC and his grades were not that bad.

    Mosin is right, if you won both matches without conceding any goal then it's alright. play these players against teams that are your level and see how well they perform then.
