Basically, you want a 18 aged with acceptable % and positions? just set a low 18 aged player in the position you wanna receive a good offer, and thats it.

but league always seemed easy for me as an active manager
CL last season was harder than the cup
this season Cup is harder than CL.
I think cup is still the hardest...
