Yes, the Support team is of course really busy at new season start, and also they don't work weekends, so you might have to be patient. They should be able to fix, though, so hang in there.

I think that was a game glitch that inspired that many on at once, it was a huge number even then.
I do wish the Forum was a little easier to discover.

You can make an offer for any player that is 3-5 stars on your level, that is on your server, if you are level 4 or above.
