Just one other thing to mention on top of what all the others have said which I totally agree, you are playing an attacking order with force counter attacks which is contradicting, you only use force...

I have left the cup early again this season, but not without trying & I watch every match I can so maybe next season I will try to participate in the cup & not watch a match to see if I get any...

Check out the contract page in your player info, this will tell you if the player is due to retire this season, check on the first day for 30+ yrs players, but you usually get a mail.
