   To answer your question. if a friend doesn't come up when he/she has a game that means you and him are not on the same server, you can exchange gifts but you can't support him/here in the game. :)

   Ofcourse you need to upgrade the seats, when you upgrade the stadium you upgrade his capacity not the seats, so upgrade the seats and you will see the house will be full. :)
