Highest level will vary from server to server... Highest level in the game now in theory is L43 and that would be someone starting from the beginning and winning promotion every season until today.

Ummmm, no. You can keep bidding as long as you have enough tokens. Money only matters on the initial bid as you have to have 75-90% of the players worth to place an initial bid. You can keep...

A good strategy is selling low Q. players in the end of the season, cause they'll drop a star in the new season and their market value drops too.
