I use to be play 4-1-4-1 and I agree what you saying , but I always go for attacking mentality, My ST score 21 and assits 15 in 13 match

you could 4-1-4-1, which could be useful too. 3-1-4-2 can be strong against many modules, if it was my team I'd be looking for some stronger defensemen and maybe an AMC for flexibility. 4-4-2...

It really depends on what the team you are facing has. I usually have two ST or ST & AMC' but I will go with 1 if i feel I need more at the back.
