Why can't they refresh the list everyday? Give us a better opportunity to get better scouts. I've had my first season since I began the game that I haven't bought a single scout due to a poor list.

if you want to buy a scout , buy someone who can score alot or have freekick or corner ability to raise his Assist , bcz MOM +1 skill point will you alot to make him last a season or 2 further .....
