You mean 3w-1-3w-1-2 or 3n-1-3w-1-2?
My solution is 3n-1-4-2, attack through the flanks/ Own Half/Normal Tackling/Mix passing/ No counter/ No offside.
3 DCs against 2 STs, DMC against AMC, 4...

ah my last Cup Opponent used the 4-2-2-2. i beat him 7:1 at home by using 4-2-3w-1 :D
I alway Play it normal or attacking, mixed, full pitch, short, hard, zonal. red on aml and amr.

I used 3-2DMC-3-1-1 Effiel Tower formation, with hard atacking, through the middle and won 5-0.

it's seems like the normal 4-5-1flat, but it'll be more easily i guess.
i suggest you to play 3-5-2. Attack down both flanks with long passing. And red arrows on your wings.

352V Style was the Best formation against ND it stoped working this season.
451V Style are also not producing great results.
Now i am using 3132W1 with good results so far.

Saw a match in CUP Preliminaries, a 4-1-2-1-2 ND won 4-1-3W-2 by 5:1.
Both more or less same quality with the winning team edging by 0.8 quality.
