use ur best players too don't play useless ones with 1*!!! .. noticed you don't have DMC, try to use one of CM with 3* and play the one with 5* as CM.. put blue arrow on DMC to defend more

well.. try short pass too and see what work better normal/att/def mentality my problem is he will have 4 players facing 5 in ur backline .. it gonna be risky but imo you have no other choice bcz...
