   So if he's 18-19 , bench him and gradually give him more time as sub , if it doesn't work - wait to next season and train him - if that doesn't work within 3-4 matches into the new season - sell him

   If it was an older player - I would've said "sell him. If he had 5-6 chances that's more then enough". But young 18-20 players can be fickle… just like in life : Sometimes they would calm...
