Young 18-19 yo players seem to perform better if they are in the company of other 26-29 yo players near them in the formations. So one shud keep a few experienced old players along with the new ones.

not it is not .. i do it all the time when he get injured and never had any penalties in possession, I actually kept clean sheet in all of those matches and dominated the match.. it happened to me...
