   I would suggest some kind of 352/361 formation with 3DC and 2 wingers (ML and MR + red arrows). So choose some of these which best suits to your team: 3142, 352F, 31411, 3412.

   I'd try Normal Mentality, Mixed Focus and Passing Style (your AMC attacks through the middle right?), Hard Tackle, Own Half, Zonal Marking, No Counter, No Offsides. Give it a try on a friendly game...
