Think he's suggesting that if Brazil Germany was a T11 stats report then it would be like the one he just got ;) If you look at it too closely it doesn't stand up....best to chuckle and move on ;)

Especially when you realize the fact that first 5 Germany's shots on target were the first 5 goals. So it indeed was a 100% efficiency at that moment.

There is no commentary in the game for crying fans though, so not an exact reference to the actual game

Did anyone watch the mens Olympics final match, Brazil - Germany? It was a fantastic game, very exciting, would recommend seeking it out.
