Project - World Cup of FAs Federations -South Pole 2019
Here i Will try to organize the future planned comp, so
Ive to organize this subforum, to have a Federation per country, that will have 3 FAs representing its country, U-100% U-120% and U-140%
In this 1st edition some FAs Will be invited directly and some will play a National playoff.
No calendar for now.

Avq rules;
U100 cant use players of -60% and + 120%
So each National Division Will have a margin to use -40%till +20% players un relation with the Avq limit.
3 subs allowed per match that cant overcome the Avq limit
And that cant be used in 1st half, except in case of injury/es
Each División, 100/120/140 Will earn 1 point by winning the particular asso draw vs the división of same Avq limit of the other Nation .
If a asso draw ends with same points and GD a double legal facing the captains will undo the draw
As the Avq Will be the same, the Local Captain Will performances as Coach, selecting what Visitor teams have to face his asso, been turned this role in favour of the Visitor Captain to complete the 2nd leg
