Since you 3 goal down . U have to play more attacking and with a attacking formation coz his formation is defensive. Although its pretty tough.....try 3w-3n(mc s)-2w(aml/amr)-2 . Attacking mentality...

Narrow usually played with focus passing=through middle . Wide diamond usually played through the "FLANKS". Pressing depends on manager....who manage the team :) . Whole/own half pressing both are...

seems like something good fomation with "attacking mentality" can beat this . because i tried many times "defensive mentality" with COUNTER ATTACK . IT always get me lose/draw .

First few seasoN (From 1-4level) i have played with 4-4-2c. But since i changed my formation and this 4-4-2c like a nightmare to me(except low quality 4-4-2c). i used 4-5-1v , 4-3n-1-2 , 4-1-2-1-2ND...

I suggest u to use 4-1-2-1-2ND . Defensive with counter, through middle,long ball.
If u see not much shot at target then chage to normal attacking....no counter.

U should use perfect formation with perfect tactics. Use next time 4-3n-1-2. Defensive with counter attack, through middle.

How about ur team? it mostly depends upon ur team/players.
