For the format of the league, I would like a straight round-robin league together with "Dragon's Cup" in a CL format, but I can join regardless.

I want to hopefully continues the Dragon's Cup in the upcoming league, or even my own competition.

So what season we'll be doing this? I will need to consider the dates first and how will I be able to commit to it.
