WHY THE STARS FOR MY PLAYERS DID NOT DROP?

I am in my 14th Season and Level 14 - Legend....BUT I am playing in Level 13 !!!
The 5th ,...

So far in the Cup, I see the other teams from the same league 13 last season.
They too did not drop any stars!! Admin please advise.

Is it safe to buy Scouts? Will they become 5 stars tmr?

It would be interesting to see my opponents and their quality in relation to stars when the league season kicks off.

Nope. On my Club page, it says Season 14 and lvl 14 - Legend

Anybody in Lvl 14 face the same problem or only my server?
My concern is if I buy a 6 star Scout for 50T which is about same quality as last season scout,
will they become 5 star...

As far as I know there is NO max lvl as yet.
Last season on Lvl 13 my 6 star scouts were of quality 85 to 89.
This season is the SAME.

I just got promoted to Level 14.

But I am surprised that on the 1st day of the season, there was NO drop of stars.
Why the sudden change?
