with narrow diamond i didnt use arrows, but with 4-1-4-1 blue/down arrows on 5 defenders and red/up on ml and mr, try and see how it goes. Good luck :D

I played with zonal marking and low pressing

Try 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond normal,short,through middle,counter on,zonal marking . Or 4-1-4-1 defensive,counter,flanks,mixed passing,normal tackling,zonal marking

So i played first match in associations against 4-2-2-2 hexagon away and beat it 3-0 with 4-5v-1 def,long pas,flanks,normal,zonal. Than rematch came opponent played with same formation ,so was i ,...

Thanks man. I used 4-5-1v def, counter and won hardly 1-0. Shots on target 6-7 for him, and i was stronger 120% - 111%. I guess i was lucky. Btw i played at home.
