I have exactly the same issue for 4 Days!
I can watch exactly 25 Videos for rests and 5 others.

Directly after the "bug" I got only 10 vids for each category.

However, before the Update to 6.7...

Crazy! Yesterday, I had the issue with the limitation of 10 ads per category.

Actually, I got 25 Greens and 1 Blue.
Maybe I will receive the other later during the day.

This problem seems to be (partly) resolved...
