Yes but if it will go slower it will be same :) the only bad part I can say is that it take sooooooooo long sometimes to make a substitution.

They can make something for substitutions to go faster but game is not such a good idea. If it will go slower it mean more chances (in normal case) that can bring results like 20-0.
