Yes, it decrease. If I'm not wrong in lower levels is something about 15%. Different in higher levels, from level 20 to 21 my 18 player down from 16.2 MIL to 15.9 MIL, that's is almost 2%.

At level 13 a first class FT of 4* and a half can't be that value, it would be a 5* and a half, that carries higher grey skills that influences in a negative way on the average level of the drills.

But if he has enough green packs (250/300 may be enough), it's better invest on him to raise to 7* with high white skills. But that's my opinion and strategy as I buy only 1 3/4* 18yo per season in...

At that level 4* FT is worth 50M and 5* FT is worth 61M. So his value fit for a FT. Kidam would be the only I would train...
