What about that the best team in each association is the association's star overall? So like if a 7* team and then the rest teams in the asso is 2*, that asso's * overall is 7* and will meet other 7*...

I'm at season 65 and have never bought a single token, still have a full 6* squad. Just give it a little time and u will success too
