3W-4-3 is still fine. Just put a blue narrow on your ML and use zonal marking.

Other formations which could work : 4-1-2-3 or 4-5-1 reverted V-style with short passes oriented on the center.

What orders did you use ? It might work against 5-4-1 flat too I guess...
