They are on it if they are 1Q from a star if you train them till he has is star he automaticly go off it.

Its not for themselve they would change it but for against other players if the other one has a game against a friend of them (CL or CUP) they could change it right before the other game.

Its the same for everyone but idd the tokens aren't a good thing but I think when it is free a lot of players gone abuse it.
