Why? The guy is already in Level 2, 5-6 more seasons of active play and training the full squad and he will be there.

I reached the 91st in my 8th level without spending green packs specifically.

There is less sense in buying and training FTs at level 2 as your training level is still low.

For the next couple of seasons I would recommend you to:
- reach training level 91 or be very close...
