You shoulb be fine with any formation. I'd try a more offense one, gives you more goals to be happy with.

You don't need a strong midfield as you have 80% possesion by default and don't have to...

3-5-2 seems vulnerable versus the aml/amr?
It also looks like your formation is quite a bit better than your enemys with 3 scouts^^
