True, I changed the 4-3-1-2 for diamond today and worked so well :)
Too I guess, (did not proved but..) that if one put a diamond and move a DR or DL as DC maybe can assure more in defense.... not...
4-1-4-1 is one of the better options. Word of a old 4-3-3 manager lol
