Pressing Style: High
Tackling Style: Hard
Passing Style: Mixed/Long...

You need to keep a balance in your formation, and if you are interested to keep your 3-5-2 flat, you need to use some arrows.

That said, I would play in the middle, with a red arrow on the center...

I'm afraid I did not understood your question. For me, 4-3-3 is equal to 4-5-1V, here in Portugal we always say 4-3-3 when we are talking about this formation, I don't know if this was your doubt...
