Just played a game in a level 15 match & when I looked at my opponents profile during the game, it says they are level 21. How's that possible

Having bought several Jerseys, I cannot set my own Home & Away kit.
Which ever Jersey I select (home or away) the other one always changes to the original away jersey (which I don't want).:confused:...
