then before they lock this thread, maybe they can clarify more as far as i`v EVER read only admins can ban where as mods can only shut down or lock threads as well move threads to appropriate forum

MODS can not ban only ADMINS can
I DON`T KNOW ?? but we are unable too talk about even if someone did as mods have no choice to to lock post where as Admins can do lot a lot more, SHAME ON YOU ADMINS NOT REPLYING TO POST LIKE BRING...
