As title mentioned, which brings you more success, changing formation to counter opposition every game or sticking to one formation. I feel that when I tweak the formation, they perform worse.

True enough. I added all the players who is token buyers in case I wanted to buy their players using negotiation. Then I realize Im grouped with all of them. Last in league almost 10 games losing...
