Where are you from ? Some regions dont have them.

Scout players cost 50T for a reason,you can do awesome things with just 1 of them..imagine if you have 11 from them :D
Anyway,if you can get 1 Scout and the rest from ur team to be 5*,you will have...

The team difference isnt that big from what i see.. You have 4 players which are 5* but... thats all.
For me this isnt something that can shock me,yeah its not cool when you lose but you cant win...
