For me, formation 4-1-3-2 is the best with defensive,mixed focus passing,own half,hard tackling,mixed passing and man on man marking... not every formation is good for a team depend on...

3-4-2(AMC)-1 formation... ?

i suggest u to field 3 dc, 3 mc, 2 aml/amr and 2 st...quite useful
