When I place my best 11 players on the pitch, I get this formation:

When a player is injured during a match, do you need to replace him (by hand)? Or does the machine it automatically?

Is it worth to buy, and pay more for players from 18,19 years old. The goal is to train them to a higher level and sell them in the future.
Or is it better to buy older players, who are cheaper.
