I don't use hard attacking in leagues, my team becomes unbalanced all players goes hard attacking, disadvantage of playing hard attacking is if your opponent uses counterattack they could score goals...

don't train your players too much, consider always their condition, also condition is useless if the morale of player is very poor.

I usually bought my players on live auctions. It's very hard to negotiate on different managers while players are just the same quality there. :confused:
