Usually, it isnt easy to beat 4-1-2-1-2... but i think you need a tactic with wingers. 4-3-3, 3-4-3 are examples. In experience against teams with this formation, 3-5-1-1 is effective :3

Try counter it with 4-4-2 narrow, ( 4 DEF, DCM, LM, RM, ACM, 2 ST) :3
