Which level do you play at?

I have noticed that the new arrived youth player (the powertraier) varies in token cost. They usually cost 12, 18 or 24 tokens.

Is the 24 token youth player better than the 12 token youth player?...

Maybe its just based on the opponents formation. If opponent is also attacking on flanks a blue arrow on my MC would be useless and give the player bad ratings?

If i play a formation with tactic orders attacking on both flanks my central midfielders will recieve very low ratings (4,5,6). But i still need them there because they give me possession....

Yes, Nordeus has made several changes since the last update last season. 4-4-2 is not overpowered anymore. It also seems like some previously powerful formations like 4-5-1 V-style and 3-5-2 flat now...

Lost against 4-4-2 classic at home with 2-1. Ball possession was 51-49. Played with very offensive mentality and hard tackle + without counterattacks through whole game.

The opponent is creating a lot of dangerous goal scoring chances. Im not sure if switching to Very offensive mentality and Hard tackling really helps..

You mean placing arrows on them? Normally i use red arrows on DL, DR, ML, MR with offensive mentality, otherwise my team would be creating very few chances, shots on goal etc.

What do you mean by "duds"? If you mean they are not good enough if think they should at least score goals against low-rated teams, but thats not the case.

I dont know what you mean with "not effective" but my winger is also the same player as my AMC, i just moved him to the center and substituted the other one with a striker.
