No harm will come from leaving ur counter attack on even if ur attacking, but yes its more effective when defending.

Since u need to win u have to go for a very attacking formation hence i suggest a 3N-1dmc-2mc-2amlamr-2 with red arrows on aml/r good luck :)

Look as i saw ur team is nothing special, so playing with one formacion is not gonna cut it, u will have to adapt instead of ur opposition. Good luck :)

U dont need to change it, he basically has the same formation, but more defensive coz he put in a ML instead of a AML :)

Nope u would better counter that with 4-2-2(amlamr or 2amc)-2 ;)
