Is it just injurys when subs occur? I've yet to have an injury so maybe that is why, i would have thought it made subs for you when players become tired mid-match

I have those set up on the 'auto subs' tab on the tactics screen as my subs in my lineup yet reading back the reports no changes have happened unless i have manually done them

I 'Yeadon Athletic' had a good day (now yesterday) which consisted of 3 friendly wins (4-0), (0-4) & (7-0) with a league win sandwiched in inbetween those (2-4).
