This is a permanent bug.
I 've just made a habit, every time I do a sub, to make another small move and tab the V button.

it happens to me at browser - Mozilla, when trying to do some action (a sub fro example)

We have the final stage of King of the kings + the FA games so expecting a storm of bugs.
