1) You choose one position (and if you change your mind, you tab again to switch to something else) till day 28 of this season.
2) Next season you get 1-8 (:rolleyes::rolleyes:) players for that...

You have to hire the head coach and your player gonna be right away 102 %. Also can hire the other two at once.
But I don't know what's gonna be for the next 7 days or till end of the season....

If it's about to exchange tokens for greens, better use them to buy scouts.
