i'd go 4-5-1v (dl-dc-dc-dr dmc mc mc amr aml str) and attack down both flanks with long passing to try and cut out his whole midfield. Playing 3 defenders seems a bit risky to me as he probably has...

if you want to play it as an attacking formation then i'd put red arrow on dl/dr + amr/aml
