In this case, 3n52 flat or 3n142 would work even better because DML/R are much better in when countering AML/R than ML/R....

I've played yesterday against that formation :D. I'd suggest you to use some narrow formation. Mine choice was 4-3MC-2AMC-1, but I'd rather use 4-N.diamond, loop or 4-DMC-2MC-3. His middle is weak....
