According the sticky Counter formations thread 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond is the solution.

I beat #1 in league with two teams playing 4-3-3 / Hard attacking / short passing / normal pressure / no arrows. Result in both cases was 4:0 in my favour. Enjoy! :)
