Anyone wonder why its happening? Bug abuse?

To have higher players in CUP/Champions league is normal. BUT to have players level 14, in league 13, with MUCH DIFERENT quality (more than every others) its completelly insane.. i hope nordeus SOLVE...

Well im on level 13, in my league level 13, and there's a guys level 14 on that. with HUGE diference of quality. F!@k me right?
